Returns, Refunds & Damages

Each artwork is made to order specifically for you. For this reason, all sales are final.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color or style preference
  • Ordering errors

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, I will take care of it.

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the artwork
  • Photos of packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label

Once reviewed, a replacement will be arranged at no cost to you.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out. I will work directly with the carrier and fulfillment team to help resolve the issue.


Cancellations

Because each piece enters production quickly, cancellations are only possible within a short time after purchase (usually within a few hours). Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.


Color Disclaimer

Colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, lighting, and printing processes. These variations are natural in fine art printing.
