About the Artwork

What do you create?

Each piece begins as an original work of art by Vicky Giles—created from emotion, memory, and moment. The prints you see here are high-quality reproductions of those originals, made to carry the same feeling into your space.


What does each print feel like in person?

In person, these works reveal more than they do on screen—layers of texture, depth of color, and subtle detail that digital images cannot fully capture. Each print is created to feel like a quiet presence within a room.


What materials do you use?

All prints are produced by LumaPrints using museum-quality fine art paper or premium canvas and archival inks. These materials are selected not only for durability, but for their ability to preserve tone, softness, and emotional depth over time.


Are frames included?

No, frames are not included. This allows you to choose how the artwork lives in your space.

Canvas pieces are printed as rolled canvas with a 3-inch margin on each side, making them ready for stretching and mounting by a third party.

If you would like framing, matting, or canvas stretching handled through LumaPrints, please contact me before ordering. I’m happy to arrange it—pricing will vary depending on the option selected.


Can I request a different size?

Sometimes, yes. Art should feel like it belongs in your space, not the other way around.

If you’re looking for a specific size, please reach out before ordering and I’ll let you know what’s possible.


Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

At this time, shipping is available within the United States. I hope to expand internationally in the future so these pieces can find homes in more places around the world.


How long will my order take?

Each piece is made to order after purchase. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping.

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


How will my artwork arrive?

Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Your artwork will be protected, wrapped, and prepared so it arrives ready to be unwrapped and lived with.


Returns, Refunds & Damages

Can I return or exchange my artwork?

Because each piece is made to order specifically for you, all sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color or style preference

Each order enters production specifically for you and cannot be restocked.


What if my artwork arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or there is a printing issue, I will make it right.

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the artwork
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label

Once reviewed, a replacement will be arranged at no cost to you.


What if my order is lost or delayed?

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact me. I will work directly with the carrier and fulfillment team to resolve the issue.


Can I cancel my order?

Because each piece moves quickly into production, cancellations are only possible within a short window after purchase (typically within a few hours).

Once printing has begun, the order cannot be canceled.


Color & Viewing

Will the colors look exactly like the screen?

Every screen displays color differently. While each print is carefully produced to reflect the original artwork, slight variations may occur depending on lighting, display settings, and materials.

These subtle shifts are a natural part of bringing artwork into physical form.


What should I expect from print quality?

Each piece is produced using professional fine art printing methods designed to preserve depth, softness, and tonal accuracy.

The goal is not only visual accuracy—but emotional presence.


Care

How do I care for my artwork?

To preserve your artwork, keep it away from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme heat.

If framed, gently dust with a soft, dry cloth. Canvas should always be handled by the edges when moving or hanging.
